An image of sunspot group 2403 on August 23rd, 2015. The image was acquired using a homemade 200mm F/5 Newtonian and ASI 120MM-S camera, of course with a solar filter attached at the front. Venus at inferior conjunction

After a short look at the departing sunspot group AR 1944, I started to look for Venus through my C11 telescope.
