The Witch Head Nebula (IC 2118). I have been wanting to shoot this for years but never had good weather or the right gear at the right time. I went for it this week and barely got it after being stopped by frost the first night, interrupted by clouds the second, and bothered by wind the third night....

There are so many amazing and beautiful images in this thread. Bravo to everybody!
