Re: 7 longevity factors

The other day I buy a tea koreano of Ginseng.
Explaning that serves to reduce inflamation, have more endurance, improve kindey funtion, liver, etc.
Indicated that, thanks to Ginseng, Li Chung Yung lived 165 years.
Is it true this longevity data?

Classical music

Among the composition of Classical music, I like the music of the italian composer Antonio Vivaldi.
Vivaldi composed from the heart, his music better expresses human nature.
Apart from " Four Seasons", Vivaldi has many very fine works.
What Classical music do you like most to you?

Re: APOD: Star Cluster R136 Bursts Out (2012 Jul 29)

Thanks, Neufer.
Indeed. Westerlund 1 ( Cluster of Ara ) is the Super Star Cluster more important of the Group Local of Galaxies ( Wikipedia)
More important for study, too

Re: APOD: Star Cluster R136 Bursts Out (2012 Jul 29)

Star cluster 136 is a group of stars very massive and hottest. Very blue, too.
The star forming region is interesting for study of the formation of a star.

Re: Those good ol' days of music

Hi. Owlice
Very well. This is a discuss forum , it is not a space for to write about a topic.
The different also is in that the text is big or small ( I think )

Re: Those good ol' days of music

Just my post number 100
I agree with Cris. I think that Open Space is a space open for other topics than Astronomy.
Someone exposes their topic.
It does not like, no comments.
But defends freedom of expression ( very important )
My vote for Ann.
A cordial greeting to all forum

In America, in the South Pacific there is a climate phenomenon called " The child " Researchs are based on sea temperature differential to predict the " Weather ". But it happens that the sea temperature is not a reliable parameter. There are other variables that are not observed...

The new concept of " Varies " ( perhaps) may be a technical solution
to travel to Proxima Centauri in the future.

Re: Travel to Stars

Thanks, Neufer for your notes.
Project Orion
A spacecraft driven by thermonuclear energy, would develop a speed of 30,000 Km/sec, would arrive to Alpha Centauri in 44 years)
( to proxima Centauri in 42 years)
Many, many energy and "only " have 10% of light speed

Pluto System has 5 Moons.
It¨s very interesting because a small planet ( not dwarf ) can to have 5 Moons.
I say small planet if Pluto has the status of " planet ",again. I don¨t know. :?:

Re: Travel to Stars

Bosons are particles whose spin is an integer.
Bosons: photon, gluon, boson W y Z.
Recent research speak of a new boson: the Higgs boson, that interacts with particles that have mass.
Then, ( maybe ) the Higgs boson is a breake for the travel of a particle
with mass.
The Higgs boson is in study.

Re: Travel to Stars

In truth, I think it¨s very difficult to travel to the stars because a spacecraft can not travel at speed of light.
Who can travel light speed?
Only photons and neutrinos, particles that have mass very small, it´s value tends to 0.
An atom, a molecule are very massive structures.

person.
Why?
Because the life is day and night , black and white, small and big,
happy and not happy, . . .
