Breaking Wave around Gamma Cass.
This is something neither Tom O'Donoghue nor I had seen before. It is extremely faint and needed 24 Hrs of Ha to reveal the full 'Breaking Wave' feature seen here. Collaborative M31.
Olly Penrice, Les Tilly, Tom O'Donghue and Ian Bird pooled their M31 images in HaLRGB to create this joint effort. Parts of the image have about 45 hours of data, other parts less. The intriguing NGC1333 in a two-scope composite (Takahashi FSQ85ED at 450mm FL plus ODK14 at 2380mm for the main nebula.) This is LRGB without narrowband input.
