I'm going to suggest that is is a product of tripod vibration - similar to shake, but faster and of a smaller excursion. What leads me to this is examination of the picture indicating motion (blur) or unsteadiness of the camera, generally in the Y axis of the frame (more like between 1:00 and 7:00.)...
