Be cool if you could switch them to 3d with the switch of a button. Whats next, XRAY glasses?
Also, its potentially disastarous... if you wear them in a wet climate such as Scotland. ZAAAP.

Re: The speed of light; another perspective.
i think I might have came across wrong. I was thinking more along the lines of time. Like a 3 light year distance to us, might be only a 1 light year distance to another race. I know the speed of light is constant. But your right Rob, it was a wasted bicycle trip because it was only so I could get t...

It would take longer for the rocket to the right of your blade to ignite if your remote igniting them, the signal would travel at c and would take considerably longer to reach the last rocket than the first. They are not remotely ignited. They are ignited by local timers, using a preset plan. Again...

The speed of light; another perspective.
I was cycling to work this morning and my mind was doing somersaults as per usual and I thought of something quite peculiar and it occupied my mind for the full 10 mile trip to work... Our little planet takes 365 (give or take a day or two) days to orbit our sun, this is known as a year. Simple stuf...

ooft.
I clicked on that and couldnt bear to look at it for any more than 10 seconds. I could feel myself gettin more and more nervous. I'm alright with little spiders but those big buggers aren't my cup of tea.
Really scary. I couldn't handle a big spider at all.

HAHA, i know its not funny. But its only humans who could create man made refuse rings similar to saturn around its own planet. We really are an undeniable bunch of idiots when it comes to pollution.

Re: Nuts about spiders?
Camel Spider! WOOOAH. I read a story about one of these that came home in a soldiers backpack from afghanistan. It was the size of a dinner plate and it killed their dog. Not very nice :(. As much as I don't like them, I saw a poor video of a petrified camel spider being forced to fight a scorpion b...

Re: Nuts about spiders?
Geckzilla's last post kinda "ticked" me off a bit. Here in the North-East, we have a Black fuzzy jumping spider the we call a "wolf" spider. I don't know if it has a real name or not, but they seem friendly enough and you can kinda play with them. The smaller they are the cuter ...

Re: Nuts about spiders?
Hahahah, great reaction. The cure for spiders is basically mothballs according to the link posted by swainy, beyond.
It apparently makes them run for the hills. However, who wants there house to smell like mothballs? Not me...

I believe I may have found it, possibly? It maybe isn't but I have literally spent HOURS looking for it and this is the best and closest match I've found. I think you;ve been sneaky in flipping it. And I think its quite a close crop due to the grainy nature of the photo, so this one makes sense to m...
