The glass pane theory makes a lot of sense. Untill is gets to be confirmed there is another interesting possibility. The timing of the picture could relate the effect to the eruption of the Sarycheb Peak volcano in Russia on June 12th. Volcano dust climbed as high as 80km, causing reflections of sun...
