Hi
Is it possible that a day on planet earth was once 25 hours and will be 22 hours (in 6 billion years for example)? Or vice versa (25 hours in 1.5 billion years)? Are there any realistic causes that could change day length drastically?
Thanks for answering!

Could it be that the angle of H2O differs slightly in other parts of the universe?

Meteor Impact
What speed would a 10^9 kg heavy meteor need to have to slow down the rotation of the earth that a day lasts 25 hours? Did the day length on the earth vary drastically (hours) during its history (after Theia) due to meteor impacts (and not due to the distance to the sun)? (The day is 1 mikrosecond s...

Explanation for Dark Energy
My explanation for the dark energy is ANTIGRAVITY caused by gravitational bodies themselves via equalization of the bending of space-time in the opposite way by the law of space-time equalization. Everything that is within close proximity to gravitational objects are pulled to this object, like star...

Astronomical Mysticism
Hi there! Is the Big Bang theory mysticism? I'm not an astronomer since these questions...is there anything else in astronomy that could be considered mystic -from a scientist's point of view? Which are the theories which can be calculated -and still look like mysticism? Hey, and what do you think o...

Re: Mirror imaged in a higher dimension
This is Eternity: It was just a little bit a -I know- provocative idea to inspire and stretch the imagination; and I simply didn't know if there are real proves against it. Of course, I myself can't prove it since I am not an astronomer and I am also convinced that the picture of our universe we are...

Multidimensional universe
Hi everybody!
Could it be that after our 4 dimensional universe was created and around our universe a 5 dimensional universe and around the 5 D universe a 6 D universe and so forth?

Mirror imaged in a higher dimension
Hi everybody!
This is just hypothetical. Could it be that only one Galaxy exists in our universe, and all the others are mirror imaged at a higher dimension or intelligence, which is calculating everything so we see what we see? Which are the proofs against this (maybe unrealistic) hypothesis?

Center of our universe
Hi everyone!
What would we see when we look at the center of our universe (where the big bang happend) today?
