"Swirl"! That's the word I was looking for! Tell ya' something else that might clarify this idea: Get Hubble to take two shots of the whole complex as it comes into view so we can get a 3D shot from the proper oblique angle to see how 3D it actually is. Shouldn't be too hard to set up... T...

Jupiter Eclipses Ganymede (2008 Jan 06)

So I'm lookin' at the picture of Jupiter and I notice directly above the Great Storm there appears to be a Great Vortex, a vortex tha appears to be pulling material in towards Jupiter's...uhhh...surface.

Anyone else see this?

Storm at Saturn's Pole - 11-13-06

One of the most astounding pictures I have ever seen!

Looking straight down the pipe are some blurry, smudgy white things.

Any ideas on what they are? Any ideas? At all?
