Orin, I checked out that site you provided: Beta Pictoris with a second, inclined disk. Scanning the associated article indicates that the inclination of the second disk is 4 degrees. Eight Planets and New Solar System Designation

I'm in favor of the new designation. I always thought that Pluto was in such an aberrant orbit, that it probably didn't form when the rest of the planets did.
