Hi,
i believe that the Internet & the Web were developed at different locations, so therefore they must be two different 'things'
the WWW essentially originated from CERN by a guy called Web
the Internet appears to have grown from the USA

Hi,
i dont think that all of the blue colour is caused solely by shadows as the patterns look too inconsistant & sparse in places where it would seem that a shadow should exist
or perhaps i just prefer the idea of the Martian Blue Berries! ..i looked up about them, so thanks BMAONE

Why Hot APOD (19th Nov 2006)
Hi Andy, i presumed that any meteoerite fragment would be hot enough to burn the car paintwork & therefore too hot to handle as well perhaps the heat that is generated whilst passing through the Earth's atmosphere does not penetrate to the core of the meterorite but is localised on the outer lay...

Why Hot (APOD 19th November '06)
Hi,
i would have thought that the bit of the meteorite would have been very hot after passing through the Earth's atmoshpere ..but i dont see evidence a severe scorch mark, such as i would expect, on the car in the APOD
