Too high to be a satellite, to slow to be a meteor, but it could be one of the propulsion stages of apollo 12, because one of them (I can't remenber if it was the 2 or 3) entered heliocentric orbit. That would account for the slow motion and reflectivity (they were painted white, and they were big)....
