Obscure is not the word I'd use to describe those posts. Bizarre would be more appropriate.

Not a problem. I understood your reference, and I agree, it does look like a hippopotamus. It just seemed to me like something neufer would post. I'm sure we'll see something equally (or more) obscure from him. I look forward to it. Provides the mind with exercise. :shock:

Not really, although I do enjoy his obscurity...

The subject nebula has the head-on appearance of a hippo... with mouth wide open... (of course my head is usually wide open... as in spaces :lol: )

As a non-scientist... this was the closest I could come to constructive commentary regarding our neighboring cosmic creational image... NGC 3576.
