This has been one neat comet! Too bad that it is not an orbital comet so that it could make an occasional return. :)

Either that, or the word 'gone' has gone from the sentence... :wink:

From today's picture: "SWAN has now past both the Earth and the Sun and will fade as it moves away from the Earth and heads out into the vast space between the stars."

Perhaps the author meant that SWAN has now PASSED both the Earth... :(
