Although the space is great between the stars.

When two galaxies collide the chances increase for star collision.

In time all will be sucked into the Black Holes.

A core of a galaxy? Depends on the galaxy I suppose...

One thing to note is that even at the centres of galaxies where the density is much greater, the ratio of the space between the stars and the stars themselves is still huge..... even when galaxies merge core on core it is still highly unlikely that two stars will collide....

The core seems like one like source because the stars are compacted so much more than the rest of the galaxy.

The core is much denser.

The Centre is extremely busy. It may have two large Black Holes and many small ones.

The total mass of this image centre is greater than the rest of the galaxy.

I noticed the greater population of stars seem to be away from the core of the galaxy. Is this the case or are the stars within the center camouflaged due to the abundant light in the core? Comments please!!!
