Very good question. I have never seen a bulletin board on which you can do this but that doesn't mean it can't be done, or hasn't been done in the past by someones hack.
Besides asking that here you might try starting a new "Asterisk BB Software" thread over at the Asterisk Cafe forum. It would be a good place for others to ask questions related to the bulletin board's operation.
You can also click on the
Powered by phpBB link at the extreme bottom of any page. That will take you to the software maker's site and the
Community link on their toolbar will take you to their forums where you will have access to a number of people knowlegeable about the bulletin board software as it is used everywhere, not just here at Asterisk.
Your question is a good one as I've sometimes wished I'd worded the title differently myself. I would think that the originator of a thread and, of course, the moderators could make good use of such a function.
