devany,
I missed that one. That would make a great poster say 48" x 72" and in full color. Anybody know if one exists that size? It would also be a nice Hubble salute to Messier to reproduce it using the Hubble Platform. They would also make wonderful 24" floor tiles to put on all observatory floors.

excellent thank you.. this was actually better than I expected. I also agree we should have hubble take pictures of them. Definately before hubble breaks completely.

This link contains most if not all (I count 107 with 110 being the largest #) though not to the APOD standard of clarity.

I would like to see a Hubble Survey of all 110 Messier objects. It would be fascinating for the clarity and definition afforded by that viewing platform.

Does APOD have each one of the"M" objects in it's collection? I believe there is 110 if the site I read is correct.
