Collaborative M31.

by ollypenrice » Thu Oct 25, 2012 11:01 am

Olly Penrice, Les Tilly, Tom O'Donghue and Ian Bird pooled their M31 images in HaLRGB to create this joint effort. Parts of the image have about 45 hours of data, other parts less. The instruments were Takahashi FSQ106 and FSQ85 and the observatories in the USA, Spain and France.
