Sunset from Mt. Evans

by TexasJagsFan » Tue Aug 01, 2006 7:10 pm

This picture was taken from the University of Denver's Meyer Womble Observatory located at 14,148ft near the top of Mt. Evans's summit.

The sun is seen setting behind the continental divide towards the west, with the colors reflecting off the clouds. This was taken Thursday July 27th, 2006. Picture by Jon Stone of Van Buren, AR.
