Starship Asterisk*

Been browsing the MSL website ever since Curiosity's landing. Ready see much more like this. Given that there are few car washes on Mars, I hope we can continue to see great photos without dust obscuring the quality. Hoping the dust covers do there job on the cameras.

I come here first when i want to look at the stars - usually at my desk at lunchtime. APOD rules!

Great view. Can't wait for the higher res version. This pan was released to the mainstream media on about sol 3 and it is on the Curiosity home page.

It was on the TV news.

Now how many have seen the - oh I don't know - Farmer's insurance commercial where all the agents are on a roof? Or the Cadillac commercial where they're driving on a twisty mountain road? Probably 95%.

A better question: Given the poor quality of this image, why would anyone [i]want[/i] to see it?
