I just got this via e-mail. I loved it! The dancing, the places visited, the costumes you donned ~
it's a wonderful way of showing all people can come together and dancing is one they all love!

You and your beautiful family dancing and the bowing ~ perfect ending!

I plan to share this, especially with my 3 kids & 7 grands. Kudos~

Each time I watched this I reared up. Especially after this election. What does it have to do w astronomy. Nothing...but everything.

I have been having some difficult times lately, but to watch Matt's video is to be hugely cheered up in seconds. Also, my friends want to know the tune I keep whistling, I refer them to the jodrellbank site where I first saw this video. Amazing!

love it, such a happy video...but too large for the screen...or rather not centered, and that stupid advert fort tanks was blocking the names, and couldn't close it for that reason

ok thanks, now it's clearer. It's true, I didn't read all the thread, thing that I usually do before posting. In this case I just wanted to post a comment on the image, I wasn't specifically intersted in other's people view. Anyway I'm sorry if I sounded "touchy"

By far my favorite APOD so far!
And I've been following APOD for years.
This is also one of the most relevant post to APOD. The earth is one of the most interesting planets in the solar system (everything from deserts to rain forest to snowy mountains to the depths of the ocean) and the people on it (not the politicians or famous people, put just people) are one of the most interesting parts of this planet.

Astronomy is about taking a journey, and this video took us on a fascinating journey around the world.

NEVER be afraid to think out of the box, thanks for posting this!!!
