Realistically, there are so many complexities in producing amateur images like this that it would be difficult to list this information. Images are typically collected with a range of equipment, filters, and subexposure times.

Most amateur imagers who have APOD images have websites with detailed information about their work. Usually, there is a link in the APOD caption to the image source on the imager's site, and you can find all the exposure details that way.

When appropriate it would be nice to include equipment & exposure information with POD images. I don't need this info on Hubble images, but I am interested in what private imagers are doing.
