I have always wondered why there is such diversity in the Saturnian and Jovian systems. It seems to me that these rocks should be very similar but the differences are astounding.
The only variables seem to be the mass and distance from the planet. If that is true, the variability would seem almost infinite. Is there a theory or a guess?
