Hi Joan,
The format I used for that link is standard for all US states. It is (currently) up to the states to have that link point to a new location if they prefer a different URL. If the APOD linked to the new URL and Arizona decides to use an even different URL, then the currently given APOD link will end up there for sure, but the currently preferred Arizona link might not. So I do thank you for pointing this out, but I choose not to make this change.

Hi.

From a lot of months ago, the Official Web Site of the State of Arizona is http://www.az.gov/webapp/portal/ ; usually on APOP is used http://www.state.az.us/ as Arizona’s link, that is re-addressed to the first url. Using the first one the discharge is faster.
